Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and photographs you provide, including the type and volume of waste and access to the property. If the actual load differs materially on arrival, we will confirm any revised price with you before starting work.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for telling us about access restrictions such as parking, permits, stairs or lift availability, and for obtaining any permission needed to remove items from the property. We may reschedule where safe access is not possible.
Waste we cannot take
Certain materials are restricted or need specialist handling, including asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, gas cylinders and other hazardous materials. Contact us before booking if you are unsure about an item; we will confirm whether we can collect it.
Payment
