We strip out desks, bench systems, task chairs, pedestals, filing cabinets, storage walls, acoustic screens, meeting tables and breakout furniture. Redundant IT and electrical equipment can be removed for appropriate WEEE handling where the items fall within what we are able to accept.

Dilapidations deadlines are usually tight, so we scope by floor plan or site visit, confirm a slot that suits the building manager, and bring enough crew to finish inside the window. Where a floor must be handed back clear, we finish with a sweep-through.

Reusable office furniture in good condition is separated for reuse or recycling routes where possible rather than being treated as general waste.
