How quickly can you collect my rubbish?

It depends on the size of the job and current bookings, but small collections can often be fitted in within a few days and larger clearances are scheduled for a date that suits you. Call or WhatsApp us for today's availability.

Do you remove rubbish from inside the property?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team does the lifting and loading, including from upper floors, basements, lofts, gardens and garages. You do not need to move anything outside before we arrive.

What types of rubbish do you collect?

General household rubbish, furniture, mattresses, appliances, office furniture, garden waste, packaging, and renovation and builders waste. Certain hazardous materials are restricted — see the section on items requiring special handling.

Yes, full and partial house clearances for homeowners, tenants, landlords, estate agents and families dealing with probate properties. We can include loft, cellar, garage and garden in the scope.

Do you provide commercial waste collections?

Yes. We collect from shops, restaurants, offices, warehouses, sites and managed properties, either as a one-off or on a recurring schedule, and can issue waste transfer documentation for each collection.

Yes. We remove desks, chairs, filing cabinets, partitions, meeting furniture and general office waste, and can work out of hours where the building requires it.

Do you collect furniture?

Yes — sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs and office furniture, from single items to a whole property. Items that will not fit through doorways or stairwells are dismantled on site.

Do you collect garden waste?

Yes, where the material is suitable: branches, hedge cuttings, plants, turf, soil, old fencing, decking and garden furniture. Heavy loads such as soil and rubble are quoted on weight as well as volume.

Which parts of London do you cover?

We cover north, east, south, west and central London, including all London boroughs and surrounding areas. If you are just outside London, send us your postcode and we will confirm.

Do I need to be at the property?

Not always. Many customers meet us to confirm what is going and then leave us to it; for agent and landlord jobs we can work from keys and a written scope agreed in advance.

Where does the rubbish go?

Waste is taken to appropriate licensed waste transfer and recycling facilities, and we separate recyclable and reusable material where practical rather than sending whole loads to landfill.

What items can't you collect?

Accepted Answer

Asbestos, chemicals, solvents and fuels, clinical or medical waste, gas cylinders and other hazardous or industrial materials are not taken on general collections. If you are unsure about an item, send us a photo and we will tell you before booking.

Do you offer regular commercial collections?

Yes. Recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly collections can be arranged, along with multi-site arrangements for property managers and businesses with more than one premises.
