You do not need to move the item to the kerb, disconnect anything heavy or find help lifting it. Tell us where it is, which floor, and whether there are stairs or a lift, and we plan the carry accordingly.
Appliances containing refrigerant and electrical items are handled through appropriate WEEE routes where they fall within what we can accept — send a photo if you are unsure about a particular item.
